The importance of prayer can never be overemphasized. Prayer is talking to God and every Christian is enjoined to pray without ceasing. 1 Thess. 5:17. The Powerhouse of the Church is responsible to pray for the church and to "lift up the hands of Moses" - the Moses in this case being the Pastor and leaders of the church.
